IPAMSS - Project Quality Management

  • Improve Overall Quality Management, improve safety by reducing re-work, improve / sustain project schedule
  • Reduce Non-Conformance (NCRs), avoid cost growth
  • Alignment of project quality plans to a corporately developed quality plan - drive consistent and measurable project quality outcomes
  • Standardized approach to quality activity and measurement across the organization
  • IPAMSS can be client representative
  • Drive contract obligations with Contractor to deliver on the contract scope
  • Clearly defining Clients project quality requirements to allow the contractors to develop a conforming quality plan that will align expectations with the contractor and deliver expected outcomes
  • Develop one integrated central Project Quality Management function aligned with all other Project Management functions to drive Quality KPIs
  • Support clients in developing Project Quality plans and other documents, procedures, guidelines and their Implementation
  • Provide training & coaching to improve capacity and maturity of Quality Management in Projects
  • Revise existing Quality standards and develop new guidelines
  • Develop and steward Quality KPIs
